Eighteen months ago we started a new practice of publishing a monthly Commodore's report on the Management Notice Board at the Club. With Report No. 16, I am simultaneously publishing it on this website and will continue to do so monthly in future. I hope you will find it a useful way of keeping in touch with Club affairs.
