At the 2018 AGM new club rules were adopted. A copy of the Rules is available at the Club and is also available to download from here in PDF form. Rule 20 of the new Club Rules and Constitution reconfirms that communications with Club Members will primarily be through the Club website and by email. You can keep up to date with new updates by checking in regularly on the website or ensuring we have the correct email address and other details on file for your membership account.
It is now the responsibility of the Member to keep the Club advised of their current email and postal address. You can inform the club of any changes to your contact details by sending them to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update these in the system. Due to a change in membership subscription amounts from September 2019, it is now of paramount importance that we have an up to date email address on file for all Members in order to notify you of the new rates or any changes to membership, as we will no longer be doing so by post. Please use the link above to update your details with us.
Members are able to pay for bar purchases with their membership card alone, as cards may be pre-loaded with an amount of your choice at the bar by cash or credit/debit card. This facility is not available on-line via your SmartClub Membership account.
If you would prefer to continue to receive communications by post, please contact the membership team who will arrange for hard copies to be sent to you.
Club apparel from our suppliers can be ordered at the bar.
All items carry the club logo in English & Welsh and come in a range of colours and sizes.
